CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of land of 202,09 m², of a total area of 236,333.01 m², of property of the Government, is approved Autonomous Municipal of La Paz, located in Bolivar Street in the region of San Isidro, Miraflores area of La Paz, registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No. 2.01.0.99.0014512, whose colindances are: to the North with a private property; to the South with Bolivar Street; to the East with a passage s/n; and to the West with the street America; in favour of Maria Llusco, widow of Huallpara, in accordance with the Municipal Ordinance No 142/76 of 2 November 1976 and No 392/2011 of 27 September 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-seventh day of June of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it has been enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
