CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, the Financing Agreement is approved, IFAD Loan No. I-858-BO for an amount of DEG 11.600,000.-(ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS) and Loan from the Trust Fund N ° E-7-BO for an amount of EUR 11,200,000.-(ELEVEN MILLION 00/00/100 EURO), intended to finance the Inclusion Programme Economic for Families and Rural Communities in the State Territory Plurinational of Bolivia (ACCESS).

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned financing agreement approved by the

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of June of the

year two thousand thirteen.
