CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. (CREATION). Create the Center for the Plurinational Culture-CCP, under the guidance and administration of the

Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia, with its registered office in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, which will have as its object the promotion, protection, value and guarantee support for plurinational culture and maintain as main mission to be and generate meeting spaces between Bolivians and Bolivians.

Article 2. (AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 82 OF LAW NO. 1670 OF 31 OCTOBER 1995).

Amend Article 82 of Law No 1670 of 31 October 1995, of the Central Bank of Bolivia, as amended by Article 2 of Law No 2389 of 23 May 2002, which adds the National Museum of Art (La Paz) with the Management of the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia, with the following text:

Article 82. The Foundation will have the work and administration of the following national repositories: Casa Nacional de Moneda (Potosí), Casa de la Libertad (Sucre), Archive and National Library of Bolivia (Sucre), National Museum of Ethnography and Folklore (La Paz), National Museum of Art (La Paz) and the Center of Plurinational Culture (Santa Cruz), without losing their status as cultural and historical heritage of the Plurinational State.

The Directory of the Central Bank of Bolivia will be the only authority that will determine the creation or incorporation of new cultural centers, by means of a unanimous vote of all its members, taking into account the economic, cultural and social feasibility of passing on to the construction and administration of the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia.

None public or private institution may apply to join the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia, independently of any instance.

The Central Bank of Bolivia will incorporate in its annual budget a support Finance for the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia, which may not be less than the budget item executed in the previous management for current expenditure. It may also affect the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia, by resolution of its directory, other rights and securities that support the financial support of that institution.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of August of the

year two thousand thirteen.
