CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Article 140 of Law No. 165 of 16 August 2011, General Transport Law, is amended,

with the following text:

? Article 140. (SECURITY OF CIVIL AVIATION). The security of civil aviation, consists of the

combination of human resources, material resources and technical measures for the protection of civil aviation against acts of interference illicit, according to national and international standards, regulated in the corresponding Sectoral Law. Is he in charge and under the responsibility of the Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics? DGAC.?

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of October of the

year two thousand thirteen.
