CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. According to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, dated September 21, 2013, for an amount of $us73,493,647.-(Seventy-Three Million Four hundred Noventa and Three Thousand Seishundreds Forty-Seven 00/100 American Dollars), destined to partially finance the Construction Project of the Double Via Montero? Crystal Mayu, Tramo II: Yapacani Bridge? Ichilo Bridge.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven days of the month of November of the

year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
