CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Agreement of Loan No. 2971 /BL-BO is approved between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank of Development? IDB, for up to $us.106,000,000.-(Hundred Six Million US Dollars), for the Program to Support the Effectiveness of Public Expenditure III, according to the conditions provided for in the aforementioned Loan Contract.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of The Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at eleven days of the month of November of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
