CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare the craft, fabrics, embroideries and musical instruments elaborated in the Municipality of

Urubicha of the Province of the Guarayos of the Department of Santa Cruz, as Cultural Heritage, Material and Intangible The Bolivian People, for being in manifestations and genuine expressions of the Guaraya culture, reflecting an important contribution to the culture of our Plurinational State.

Article 2.

I. Declare as Cultural Heritage to the Fabric Houses of the Municipality of Urubicha, and must be registered

as a National Cultural Heritage.

II. The Executive Body within a period of not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days, will regulate the parameters for the declaration

of the Cultural Heritage of the Fabric Houses of the Municipality of Urubicha.

Article 3. Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Santa Cruz and the

Autonomous Government of Urubicha, within the framework of their competencies and institutional coordination, are responsible for developing policies of promotion, promotion, strengthening, preservation and dissemination of the Guaraya crafts.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
