Law No. 444 law of December 2, 2013 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. I declared as a Cultural Heritage at the houses of weavers of the Urubichá municipality, and must be registered as National Cultural heritage.
II. the organ Executive within a period not to exceed one hundred and eighty (180) days, shall regulate the parameters for the Declaration of the World Heritage Cultural of the houses of weavers of the municipality of Urubichá.
Article 3. The Ministry of culture and tourism, the autonomous State Government of Santa Cruz and the Municipal self-government of Urubichá, in the framework of its competences and institutional coordination, are responsible for developing policies of promotion, promotion, strengthening, preservation and dissemination of the guaraya handicraft.
