CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan No. 2981 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank IDB, on 16 November 2013, for the sum of up to $us35,000,000.-(Thirty-Five Million US Dollars), for the implementation of the project? Rehabilitation of the Autopista La Paz-El Alto?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of December

of the year two thousand thirteen.
