CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution
Status Policy, is approved:
I. The transfer, free of charge, by the Government Autonomous Department of Pando and the Autonomous Governments
Municipalities of: Sena, Puerto Gonzalo Moreno, Nueva Esperanza, San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Bella Flor and Porvenir, in favor of the National Electricity Company- understand:
The Sena Electrical System, which comprises the generation plant, the The Sena-Naranjal-Blanca Flor line, and the medium and low voltage networks, transformers and related equipment.

Real estate with a surface area of 2,936.54 m², located in the Senac Zone, District 01, Manzana 33, Predio 24, with Folio Real Matrix N ° 9.01.01.0003604 and Plano Catastral with Code 01033024 of the Municipality of Cobija, whose These are: to the North, with Avenida Defenders of Lower Acre; to the South, with Predio 25; to the East, with Predio 25; and to the West, with Predio 25; for the operation of the offices of the Electric Substation? III. The transfer, free of charge, of the property of the Autonomous Municipal Government of the Sena, in favor of the National Enterprise of Electricity, according to the following detail:
Real estate with a surface of 6,158,16 m², located in the Progress Zone, District 03, Manzana 19, Predio 02, with Folio Real N ° 9.03.3.01.0000145 and Plano Catastral with Code 0903030103019002, whose colindances are: to the North, with street s/n; to the South, with street s/n; to the East, with street s/n; and to the West, with Santa Cruz Avenue, from the Municipality of the Seine; for the operation of the Thermal Generation Plant? The Sena?.
ARTICLE 2. The goods described in this Law shall be intended exclusively for the provision of the public service of electricity in the areas of operation of its site.
ARTICLE 3. The National Electricity Company, will cover all obligations related to the
transfer of the movable and immovable property objects of this Law, with charge to its budget.
