LAW OF 25 JANUARY 2014

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeric 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the transfer, free of charge, of a land with a useful surface of 2,229,96 square meters, of a total of 17,089,28, is approved. Square meters, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Monteagudo, located in the urbanization? Algarróbal?, inscribed in the Royal Province of Hernando Siles-Luis Calvo of the Department of Chuquisaca under the Royal Folio 1.05.1.1.0004890, whose colindances are: to the North with the forest area and area of equipment; to the Sud with area of equipment and the Lote E-1; to the East with the Diagonal? Jaime Mendoza?; and to the West with the street s/n; in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, for the construction of a supplier of petroleum products, according to the authorization contained in the Municipal Ordinance No. 050 /2013-CMM dated 26 September 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of the month of January of two

thousand fourteen years.
