CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. State Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian people, to the National Festival of the Bolivian Song? Here

Canta Bolivia?, based in Oruro Department.

Article 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, will coordinate with the Committee

Organizer, the promotion and dissemination at the national level of the Festival. The Autonomous Departmental Government of Oruro and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro, within the framework of its competences and in coordination with the Departmental Council of Culture of Oruro, will form the Organizing Committee of the Festival.

OPENING DISPOSITION

ONLY. Law No 2988 of 24 February 2005 is hereby repealed.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, six days of the month of February of the year

two thousand fourteen.
