CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

l. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Loan Contract No. 3091 /BL-BO, subscribed to by the State Plurinational of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank? IDB, dated January 8, 2014, in the amount of US$ 60,000,000.-(Sixty Million 00/100 U.S. Dollars), destined for the financing of the? Water Potable and Sewerage Program Periurban Phase II?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of 50% of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Agreement approved by this Law, and the remaining 50% to the Departmental Autonomous Governments that receive resources from the Loan Contract, in the quota party that corresponds to them.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

In the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of the month February

year two thousand fourteen.
