CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I number 14, of the Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in the city of Beijing, People's Republic of China, on October 9, 2012.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of June of the year
