CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 14, of the Constitution of the State, and Articles 37 and 55 of Law No 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, the Treaty Establishing the ALBA-TCP Regulatory Center for Medicinal Products and the National Register of Medicinal Products for Human Use of ALBA-TCP (ALBAMED), signed in the city of Guayaquil, Republic of Ecuador, on July 30, 2013.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of July of the year two thousand fourteen.
