CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan BOL-22/2014, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Financial Fund for The Development of the Silver Basin-FONPLATA, dated May 26, 2014, for an amount of up to $us20.531,123.-(Twenty Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Billion Twenty-three 00/100 U.S. Dollars) to finance it? Double Project Via Montero-Mayu Crystal, Butterfly Bridge Stretch-Chimore Bridge?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the

repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by the present Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeenth day of July of the

year two thousand fourteen.
