CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to amend Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance
and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012.
ARTICLE 2. (MODIFY).
I. Article 6 of Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents,
Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia, is amended? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012, as follows:
? Article 6. (SOURCE OF FINANCIAL FINANCING).
I. The Life and Invalidity Private Insurance Financing Fund for Accidents, Diseases in General
or Other Causes, for Workers and Press Workers of Bolivia, will be constituted with the following inputs:
The State, through the state media, with a one percent input (1%) of actual and actual income;
written, radio, television, and digital media, with a one percent input (1%) of real and effective income; and,
Self-managing independent producers, as well as " Media of the Indigenous Nations and Indigenous Peoples of Peasants and of the Intercultural and Afrobulivian Communities, and the community social sector, with a contribution of zero twenty-five percent (0.25%) of real and effective income.
II. It is understood by real and effective income, for the purposes of this Law, the sales income deducted from the Value Added Tax-VAT paid, after offsetting the corresponding tax credit, as well as the Tax on the Transaction-IT paid, after offsetting the Tax on the Utilities of the EU-IUE.
III. The Executive Body through Supreme Decree, will establish mechanisms and procedures to comply with the provisions of Paragraph I of this Article?
II. Article 10 of Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012, as follows:
? Article 10. (VIOLATIONS). Failure to comply with the obligation to make the contributions provided for in the
Article 6 of this Law shall constitute an infringement, the sanction and procedure of which shall be normalized by supreme decree ?.
III. The number 6 of Article 11 of Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Press Workers is amended. Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012, as follows:
? 6. Require information from contributors to the Financing Fund, financial institutions, and others
regarding compliance with payment of their contributions?
IV. Article 12 of Law No. 315, Private Insurance, is amended Permanent Life and Invalidity by Accidents,
Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and the Workers of the Press of Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012, as follows:
? Article 12. (COMPOSITION OF THE COUNCIL DIRECTIVE).
I. The Board of Directors shall be in charge of the management and control of the Fund for the Financing of the Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers the Press of Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?.
. The composition and organizational structure of the Board of Directors, will be established by supreme decree ?
ARTICLE 3. (INCLUSION). It is included as Article 2a, to Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012, the following text.
Article 2a (NATURE OF INSURANCE). Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other
Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia, constitutes insurance private life in group, contracted in an annual and renewable way, the nature of which is compensation for the sole payment to the insured or beneficiary, a benefit to be performed by a private insurance institution authorised by the Fiscalization Authority And Pension and Security Control-APS?.
ARTICLE 4. (REPEAL). Repeals the Single Final Disposition of Law No. 315, of Private Life Insurance and Permanent Invalidity for Accidents, Diseases in General or Other Causes, for Workers and Workers of the Press of Bolivia,? Brothers Penasco Layme?, dated December 10, 2012.
ARTICLE 5. (REGULATION). The Executive Body shall regulate this Law within one hundred and twenty (120) days from its publication.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

two thousand fourteen years.
