CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

is approved the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of La Paz, with an extension surface of 240.00 square meters (m²), of a land whose total area is 255.93 square meters (m²), located in the manzano? G?, Lot N ° 38, High Koani sector of the area of Achumani, Urbanization? Los Claveles?, District 18 of La Paz, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of La Paz, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 2.01.0.99.0129945, with a seat of property A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street N ° 4; to the South, with the property registered with the Catastral Code No. 044-0669-8008; to the East, with street s/n; and to the West, with the property registered with the Catastral Code No. 044-0669-0012; in favor of the lords Walter Ramiro Gutiérrez Lara, Maria Virginia Gutierrez Lara, Gaston Pablo Manuel Gutierrez Lara, Pedro Alonzo Gutierrez Lara and Jorge Joaquin Gutiérrez Lara, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Ordinance No 172/77 of 9 November 1977 and the Municipal Resolution No 145/2007 of 18 April 2007.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of August of the year two thousand fourteen.
