CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 1, paragraph 13, of the Constitution

State Policy, the disposal, for consideration, of an area of land owned by the Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto, with a surface area of 48.00 square meters (m²), immersed in a surface of greater than 15066.00 square meters (m²), registered in Royal Rights under Computerized Registration No. 2.01.4.01.0012591, with property seat A-2, located in the Manzano? F?, Lot N ° 2 of the Urbanization San Luis 1 ° de Mayo, on the Avenida Fidelia Cruz de Benavidez, Municipal District N ° 3, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Avenue? A?; to the South, with the Lot N ° 12; to the East, with the Lot N ° 3; and to the West, with the Lot N ° 1; in favor of the lords Juan Quispe Quispe, with Cedula of Identity N ° 094332 L.P., and Alicia Lipa of Quispe, with Cedula of Identity No. 2308654 L.P., according to the established in Municipal Ordinance No. 187/2013 dated August 9, 2013, of the Municipal Council of El Alto.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, twenty-one days of the month of August of the

year two thousand fourteen.
