CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. It is declared of national priority, the construction and implementation of the Industrial Park in the

municipality of Monteagudo, of the province Hernando Siles of the department of Chuquisaca.

ARTICLE 2. The Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, is responsible for managing

financing at national and international levels, in coordination with the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Government Municipal of Monteagudo, within the framework of its competencies.

ARTICLE 3. Once established the Industrial Park in the municipality of Monteagudo, the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, in coordination with the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Monteagudo, in the framework of their competencies, regulate their administration, operation, oversight, attributions, assets, prices and others, in the regulatory framework for industrial parks.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, at twenty-one day of the month of August

two thousand fourteen years.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
