CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
UNICO ARTICLE. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the
State, the transfer is approved free of charge, from a property of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Potosi, located in the former founded Chullpa Huasi and Totora? D?, from the 13th district of Potosí Municipality, Tomás Frias province of the department of Potosí, with a surface area of 16,000.00 square meters (m2), and registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of Potosi, under the Computerized Registration No. 5.01.02.0000059; in favor of the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosi, for the construction of the? Integral Rehabilitation Center of the Person with Disabilities Potosi-CODEPEDIS, as set out in the Municipal Resolution No. 141/2014 of 17 June 2014.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-seven days of August
two thousand fourteen years.
