CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. The registration of the owner's right is available in the Register of Royal Rights of the Prediums that are indicated to
continuation, in favor of:
The National Strategic Public Enterprise of Aviation-BoA, of a land area of 13,615,62 square meters (m²), located at the International Airport? Jorge Wilstermann?, Guillermo Killman Avenue, apple 030, sub-district Nº 14, communal district Nº 05, La Maica area of the city of Cochabamba, destined for the construction of the necessary infrastructure for the operation of a Hangar Maintenance, according to the coordinates contained in the georeferenced topographic plane, which in Annex forms part of this Law.
The Army General Command, of a land area of 9,870.86 square meters (m ² ), located in the East sector, Nº 05 communal district, adjoining Chimore Avenue, area Jaihuaycu from International Airport? Jorge Wilstermann? of the city of Cochabamba, for the construction of the necessary infrastructure for the operation, training and maintenance of the? H425 Helicopter Flight Simulator? and other dependencies, according to the coordinates contained in the georeferenced topographic plane, which in Annex forms part of this Law.
II. This Law is constituted as a legal instrument sufficient for the registration of the the right owner of the
surfaces noted in the preceding paragraph, in Actual Rights and other records before other instances.
ADDITIONAL DISPOSITION
.
I. The Post Office of Bolivia-ECOBOL is authorized to transfer, for consideration, real estate of its
property, in favor of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, for the operation of public offices. This transfer will be made in arras and will be preemptively annotated in Real Rights.
II. This Additional Disposition will be regulated by Supreme Decree.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of August
of the year two thousand fourteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
