CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is declared on the 26th of October of each year? National Milk Day?, in the Plurinational State of

Bolivia.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, is responsible

to ensure the realization of activities to promote the consumption of milk at national level, with the actors of the Support Fund for the Dairy Productive Complex-PROLECHE, in coordination with the autonomous departmental governments, autonomous municipal governments, autonomous regional governments, indigenous autonomous governments, peasants and institutions public and private.

Remit to the Executive Body for

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at seventeen days of the month of

September of the year two thousand fourteen.
