CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Financing Convention No. 5454-BO, subscribed to Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Development Association-IDA of the World Bank-WB, on 21 August 2014, in the amount of up to DEG32.400,000.-(Thirty-Two Million Thousand 00/100 Special Drawing Rights), destined to the financing of the? Project for Access to Power and Renewable Energy?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted In the execution of Parts 2 and 3 of the aforementioned Project.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of the month of October of the year

two thousand fourteen.
