CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the disposal, for consideration, of the Lot N ° 15 is approved with an extension of 200,00 square meters (m²) of surface, The property of the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, located in the area of San Isidro Alto of the city of La Paz, whose colindances are: to the North with the Lot N ° 14; to the South with the Lot N ° 16; to the East with the Avenue Nieves Linares; and to the West, with the Lote N ° 6; in favor of Mrs. Luisa Condori Vda. of Huaygua, and according to the provisions of the Ordinance Municipal of the H. City Council of La Paz No 142/76 of 2 November 1976, and No 665/2005 of 8 December 2005.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the eleven days of November of the

year two thousand fourteen.
