CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. Under Article 349 Paragraph I, and Articles 373 and 378, of the State Constitution
of the State, and according to the Transitional Article of Law No 2066 of 11 April 2000, is granted to the Empresa Eléctrica Corani S.A., with registration number of FUNDEMREs N ° 13270, as a subsidiary of the National Electricity Company-ENSO Corporación, the authorization to use water from the river basin of the Paracti River, which is it is located within the sub-Andean zone of the Chapare Province of the Department of Cochabamba, for the Use in the power generation of the San Jose Hydroelectric Project. The area of the basin, whose waters are the subject of this authorization, has a surface area of 432.3 square kilometers (Km²) and is delimited by the coordinates detailed in the Attachment.
