CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1.
I. The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing is authorized to transfer to the Free, in favor of the Company
State of Transportation by Cable?My Teleferico?, all the real estate that was transferred to him or that were expropriated in the framework of Law No. 332 of December 28, 2012, Declaratory of Need and Public Utility the Expropriation of Real Estate and Transfer of Public Goods for the Project?Construction, Implementation and Administration of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico), in the cities of La Paz and El Alto?.
II. The State Cable Transport Company?My Teleferico? will give continuity to the expropriation procedures and
regularization of the right owner, initiated by the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, under Law No. 332 of December 28, 2012.
III. The State Cable Transport Company?My Teleferico?, is empowered to initiate proceedings of
expropriation until payment in favor of the owners of the prediums identified as useful and necessary, directly or through the judicial authority in case of Existence of taxes, restrictions and conflict of the owner's right; and to regularize the right of ownership in his favor.
IV. The State-owned Cable Transport Company?My Teleferico?, will carry out the activities established for the Ministry
of Public Works, Services and Housing, in Article 3 and the Paragrafos IV and V of Article 4 of Law No. 332 of December 28, 2012.
V. Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, National Company of Railways-ENFE,
Ministry of Defense (in relation to the property of its property) and other public entities identified by the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, through Ministerial Resolution, as well as others to be identified by the State Cable Transport Company?My cable car?, perform the free transfer of goods
properties in your favor.
Article 2. Is the Plurinational State Cultural Heritage of Bolivia declared, to the railway installation
called?Former Central Railway Station of La Paz?, located on Manco Kapac Avenue, between Vásquez and Quintanilla Suazo avenues, Pupura Pupura area of La Paz City, with Catastral Code 18-21-1; as well as the movable property located in the city of La Paz.
FIRST PROVISIONS
FIRST. The registration of the owner's right in favor of the State Transportation Company is authorized by
Cable?My Teleferico?, of the areas identified as necessary and useful for the cable transport system; as well as all the emerging processes of this, with license plates and independent surfaces in the Office of the Registry of Real Rights of the jurisdiction, according to the areas identified.
SECOND. The Municipal Autonomous Governments of the cities of La Paz and El Alto, through their
corresponding instances and the respective procedure, are entitled to grant the temporary right of use of domain goods public in charge, in favor of the State Cable Transportation Company?My Teleferico?, as long as its final transfer is available.
OPENING AND ABROGATORY PROVISION
ONLY.
I. The paragraphs I and II of Article 4 of Law No 332 of 28 December 2012 are repealed.
II. All provisions contrary to this Law shall be abrogated and repealed.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
