CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is the Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian people declared, al?Carnival of Padilla?, as a living expression and of

safeguarding cultural, ancestral, traditional and popular values, as well as its gastronomy, dance, music, myths, customs and folklore, which give it national identity and its significant social and economic importance for the Department of Chuquisaca and all of Bolivia.

Article 2. The autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of their competencies, will implement norms and

public inter-institutional policies, in order to protect historical monuments, and to preserve, promote and strengthen the?Padilla's Carnival?, as a traditional, popular, tourist and economic activity of local, departmental and national interest.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
