CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In use of the attribution conferred by the numeral 13 of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of land carried out by the Autonomous Government of La Paz, is approved in favor of The following beneficiary:

Agustin José Mamani Kunu, with lot No. 38, with an area of 150 square meters (m²), located in the Region of San Isidro, Miraflores area of the city of La Paz.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Assembly's Session Room Plurinational Legislative, eight days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.
