CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Convention of Loan TF-16083, signed on 9 December 2014, with the International Association of Promotion-IDA of the World Bank, in the amount of up to $us36,000,000.-(Thirty-Six Million 00/100 of American Dollars), to finance the?Climate Resilience Project in Bolivia-Integrated Watershed Management Project?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the

obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at the twelve days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
