CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION LAW OF THE

CABLE TRANSPORT SYSTEM (CABLE CAR)

IN THE CITIES OF PEACE AND HIGH, IN ITS SECOND PHASE

Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to declare the expropriation

of the real estate identified as necessary for the construction and implementation of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico). in the cities of La Paz and El Alto, in its second phase, and establish the regulatory framework to carry forward the project.

Article 2. (DECLARATION OF NEED AND PUBLIC UTILITY

Article 4. (EXPROPRIATION PROCEDURES).

I. For the process of expropriation of real estate useful and necessary for the construction and implementation of the

Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto, in its second phase, the provisions of Article 1 of Law No 261 of 15 July 2012 shall apply?Construction, Implementation and Administration of the Cable Transportation System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto?, Article 3 of Law No. 332 of December 28, 2012, of Declaratory of Need and Public Utility the Expropriation

II. The State Cable Transport Company?My Teleferico?, is entitled to make the payment in favour of the

owners of the premises identified as useful and necessary, directly or through the judicial authority, in case of existence of taxes, restrictions and conflict of the owner's right; and to regularize the right of ownership in his favor.

Article 5. (TRANSFERS TO A FREE TITLE).

Article 7. (SYSTEM OPERATION). For the project of construction and implementation of the System of

Cable Transport (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto, in its second phase, the State Cable Transport Company?My Cable? FINAL DISPOSITION

FINAL DISPOSITION may take forward the start of operations regardless of construction processes, as long as they allow commercial operation under quality and safety conditions for users.

FINAL DISPOSITION

ONLY. In the expropriatory procedures that the State Cable Transport Company will take forward?My

Teleferico?, once the compensation has been effected and only in case of resistance of the delivery of the expropriated property, on the part of the owners or third parties, by judicial order it will be the Civil Judge who has the delivery of the building with the help of the public force if necessary.
