CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. (OBJECT).

I. This Law is intended to declare the Department of Oruro,?Natural Water Center?.

II. Declaring of utility and public need the expropriation of the area of Oworkers, located in the municipality of Paria,

Province of the Department of Oruro.

Article 2. (USE OF MINERAL AND MEDICINAL THERMAL WATERS). The expropriation of the

areas included in the preceding article, will be directed to the implementation of centers that fulfill therapeutic, medicinal, traditional, cultural and/or tourist, recreational and social functions.

Article 3. (EXPROPRIATION procedure). The expropriation procedure will be carried out in the

following way:

The Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, will proceed to the identification, location and determination of the surface of the real estate necessary to proceed to its expropriation.

Realized the identification, location and the determination of the surface of the real estate, the Ministerial Resolution will be issued corresponding, which must be notified to the owners or legal holders, who shall have a period of ten (10) working days from their notification to credit their proprietary right.

Article 4. (ECONOMIC RESOURCES). The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, the

allocation and transfer of economic resources according to financial availability, in favor of the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, to cover the amount of compensation established in the expropriation process.

FINAL PROVISIONS

FIRST. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism are authorized to identify the

potentialities of the mineral and medicinal thermal waters of Workers, as well as the elaboration to final design of the project for the use traditional, therapeutic, medicinal, tourism and recreation, in coordination with the respective Autonomous Territorial Entities.

SECOND. The income from traditional, therapeutic, medical, tourism and recreation of

the thermal waters, will be destined to the sustainability of project to be implemented.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, six days of the month of February of the year

two thousand fifteen.
