D E C R E T A:

UNICO ARTICLE Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of a property of the property of the Autonomous Government is approved Municipal of Llallagua, called?Former Education Unit Martin Cárdenas?, with a surface area of 2,049.11 square meters (m²), located in the Camp Villarroel Type H of Llallagua and registered in the offices of Real Rights of Uncia, under the Computerized Tuition No. 5.02.3.01.0003940, Asiento A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Camp Villarroel; to the South, with the Camp Villarroel Type H; to the East, with the Basquet Cancha; and to the West, with the Cancha de Fútbol; in favor of the Bolivian Police and with exclusive destination for the operation of the Basic School of Police in Llallagua, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Law No 53/2014 of 10 December 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven days of the month of February of two

thousand fifteen years.
