CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I number 13 of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Cliza, 130,238,759 meters, is approved free of charge. Square (m2), immersed in a larger area, located in the community of Pilicocha of the Municipality of Cliza of the Department of Cochabamba, registered in the Offices of Real Rights of Punata, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 3.08.01.0003201, Seat A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, with vacant land; to the East, with the Municipality of San Benito; to the West with acequia and to the South with vacant land; in favor of the Autonomous Departmental Government of Cochabamba, with exclusive destination to the construction of infrastructure for the Institute of Language and Culture of the Nation Quechua?Tomas Katari-Kurusa Llawi?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of March of the

year two thousand fifteen.
