CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. The deadline provided for in the Fourth Transitional Provision of Law No. 351 of March 19,

2013, of Grant of Legal Persons, is extended, with an additional period of five (5) years from the publication of this Law, so that religious associations with legally recognized legal personality, can carry out the approval procedure before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Remitase to the Authority Executive for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of March of the

year two thousand fifteen.
