CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the disposal, for consideration, of an immovable property of Property of the Judicial Authority of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, with a surface area of 1,178,81 square meters (m2), located on the Avenue Tcnl. Enrique Fernández Cornejo, corner Avenida 9 de February, central area of the city of Cobija of the Department of Pando, inscribed in the Register of Royal Rights, under the Royal Folio N ° 9.01.01.000000351, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Avenue Technique. Enrique Fernández Cornejo; to the South, with the prediums 04, 21 and 20; to the East, with the pregod 06 and 19; and to the West, with the Avenue 9 of February; in favor of the Amazonian University of Pando, as established in the Resolution of Directory N ° 73/2012 of 17 October 2012 and the Resolution of Directory No 103/2014 of 24 November 2014, complementary to the previous one, issued by the Administrative and Financial Management of the Judicial Authority of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
