CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Number 10, of the Political Constitution of the State,

approves the Financing Agreement signed between The Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Development Association? AIF, dated March 12, 2015, for an amount of up to DEG69,100,000 (Sixty-Nine Million Hundred Thousand 00100 of Special Drawing Rights), equivalent to $us.100,000,000 (Hundred Million 00/100 of U.S. Dollars), to meet the requirements in the?Policy Development Financing Agreement in Disaster Risk Management?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Financing Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber From Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the seven days of the month of May of the year

two thousand fifteen.
