CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECCRETA:
LAW FOR UFV CONVERSION TO NATIONAL CURRENCY
OF OBLIGATIONS FOR THE DRINKING WATER SECTOR INCLUDED IN THE INITIATIVE?MORE ALLA OF HIPC II?
Single Item.
I. The balances due and payments flows from the external credits KFW 8866105? 9266214, KFW 9665035 AND KFW
8866352 destined for the Drinking Water Sector, comprised of the external public debt relief called?Beyond the HIPC II?, from the date of publication of this Law with the exchange rate in force, will be converted from Housing Development Units? UFV's a national currency (Bolivianos).
II. The emerging resources of the debt service payment of the credits converted to bolivianos detailed in the
Previous paragraph, will be deposited in the account N ° 4768076001 called?Beyond the HIPC II?, whose maintenance of value will remain in charge of the Central Bank of Bolivia.
OPENING AND ABROGATORY PROVISION
ONLY. All provisions contrary to this Law shall be abrogated and repealed.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
