CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph 1, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer, for consideration, of a lot of land with a surface area of 300,00 square meters (m2), immersed in a Greater area corresponding to 19,472.73 square meters (m2), owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre, registered in the office of Royal Rights with Computerized Registration No. 1.01.1.99.0058682, located in the area of equipment within the Project of Road Structures and Allocation of Use of Soil of the Quebrada of Asnahuayco, section passage 6 of August, intersection with Quebrada de Quirpinkaca, whose colindances are: to the North, with the passage without denomination; to the South, with green area; to the East, with the Pachamama Library and area of equipment; and to the West, with Compensation area, according to Resolution H.C.M. N ° 113/90; in favor of the Federation of Workers of the Press of Chuquisaca, destined for the construction of its Social Headquarters, in accordance with the Municipal Resolution No. 832/14 of 15 of December 2014, as amended by Municipal Resolution No 124/15 of 13 April 2015.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand fifteen.
