CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE. In use of the attribution conferred by Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the

Political Constitution of the State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Quillacollodel Department of Cochabamba, with a surface area of 2,668,82 square meters (m²), located in the area of Iquircollo, District III, c/Av. J. Rossendy and Innominee of the Municipality of Quillacollo, registered in the offices of Real Rights of the Province of Quillacollo under Computerized Registration No. 3.09.1.01.0016688, Seat A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, with the property of the family Luizaga and Area verde; to the South, with fractionation Flores; to the East, with the street of the Prado; and to the West, with the Avenue J. Rossendy; in favor of the Autonomous Government Departmental of Cochabamba, with exclusive destination for the operation of the National Institute of Commerce-INCOS, according to the Municipal Ordinance No. 143/2013 of December 12, 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-sixth day of May of the

year two thousand fifteen.
