EVO MORALES AYMA

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the disposal of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of the Autonomous Government of the Achacachi, with a surface area of 3,538.28 square meters (m2), located in the equipment area of the Center for Pedagogical Integral Education?CERPI? Zone Villa Loyalty, of the Municipality of Achacachi of the Omasuyos Province of the Department of La Paz, inscribed in Royal Rights under Computerized Tuition No. 2.02.01.0001062, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street without name; to the South, with the property of Mr. Maximo Miranda Aruquipa; to the East, with the Rio Tambo Jahuira; and to the West, with the Avenida Manco Kapac; in favor of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés-UMSA, with exclusive destination for the construction of the Regional Center University Altiplano Norte Lacustre, based in Achacachi, in accordance with the provisions of the the Municipal Law No 065/2014 of 22 December 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of June of the

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it was enacted to be implemented and complied with as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
