CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan and Execution of the Project, between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau-KfW, Frankfurt am Main, signed on 24 June 2015, for an amount of up to Euros20,000,000.-(EUR 20 million /100), which corresponds to the loan to finance the implementation of the Water Supply Project Drinkable Sucre III-2009 65 608.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance and the Autonomous Departmental Government of Chuquisaca are authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan and Execution Contract. of the Project approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of August of the

year two thousand fifteen.
