CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Contract of Loan BOL-25/2015 signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Financial Fund for the Development of the Silver Basin-FONPLATA, dated August 4, 2015, for an amount of up to $us5,000,000.-(Five Million US Dollars), for Project financing?Equipment of the Alcantari Airport?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the mentioned Loan Contract BULL-25/2015, approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of the month of September of the year two thousand fifteen.
