CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 14, of the Constitution of the State,

and Article 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, is ratified?Agreement on Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the Italian Republic?, signed on March 3, 2010, in the city of La Paz, Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of September

of the year two thousand fifteen.
