For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

CALL ACT

TO CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM APPROVAL

Article 1. (Object).- This Law is intended to convene a Constitutional Referendum Approving, of

compliance with the provisions of Article 4111 of the Constitution of the State and Article 23 of Law No. 026 of June 30, 2010, of the Electoral Regime.

Article 2. (Call).- A Constitutional Referendum Approved in a national constituency is called, for

that the Bolivian people through direct and participatory democracy and in the exercise of their sovereign power, approve or reject the reform of the Article 168 of the Constitution of the State.

Article 3. (Date of realization).- The Constitutional Referendum Approving will be held on Sunday 21 of

February 2016.

Article 4. (Question).- The question to be asked in the Approving Constitutional Referendum will be the following:

? Do you agree with the reform of Article 168 of the Constitution of the State for the President or President and the President? Vice President or Vice President of the State can be re-elected or re-elected twice in a continuous manner?

By Transitional Provision of the Law of Partial Reform of the Political Constitution of the State, is considered as the first reelection to the 2015 period? 2020 and the second re-election 2020? 2025.

IF NOT?

Article 5. (Budget).- The Executive Body will allocate the necessary economic resources of the Treasury General

of the State for the realization of the Constitutional Referendum.

Article 6. (Organization).- The organization of the Constitutional Referendum Approving will be in charge of the Authority

Plurinational Electoral following the norms established by Law No. 026 of June 30, 2010, of Electoral Regime.

Article 7. (Right to vote abroad).- Pursuant to Article 199 of Law No. 026 of June 30 of

2010, of Electoral Regime, Bolivians and Bolivians residing abroad will participate in the Constitutional Referendum Approval.

FINAL DISPOSITION

ONLY.- For the Approval Constitutional Referendum of February 21, 2016, the following

forecasts shall apply in addition to those laid down in Law No. 026 of the Regime Election:

The election campaign and propaganda regulated by Article (b) of the Article 21 and Article 115 (b) of Law No. 026 of the Electoral Regime may be carried out by political organizations and organizations of civil society and indigenous peoples and nations, without it being necessary. their registration with the competent Electoral Tribunal. In the case of registered organizations, they will have access to free election propaganda, according to the Rules of Procedure.

The propaganda periods regulated by Article 116 of Law 026 of the Electoral Regime may be adequate by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal according to its Electoral Calendar.

The maximum electoral propaganda times and spaces in each media established in Article 118 of Law No. 026 of the Electoral Regime will be applied to each of the options in consultation with the Referendum. The Supreme Electoral Tribunal will establish the necessary mechanisms to ensure equality in the dissemination of paid propaganda.

REPEAL PROVISION

ONLY.- All provisions contrary to the law are repealed. This law.
