Law No. 757 law of November 5, 2015 JOSE ALBERTO GONZALES SAMANIEGO President in exercise of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, DECREES: law's call for constitutional referendum approval article 1. (Object).-this law aims to convene constitutional referendum approval, pursuant to article 411.II of the political Constitution of the State and article 23 of the law N ° 026 of 30 June 2010, the Electoral System.
Article 2. (Call for proposals).-calling constitutional referendum passing in national constituency, so the Bolivian people through direct and participatory democracy, and in exercise of its sovereign power, approve or reject the article 168 of the political Constitution of the State reform.
Article 3. (Date)-passing constitutional referendum held the day Sunday, February 21, 2016.
Article 4. (Question)-the question in passing constitutional referendum will be the following:? do you agree with the reform of the article 168 of the political Constitution of the State to the President and the Vice President, President or Vice President of the State may be reelectas or reelected twice continuously?.

Transitional provision of law of reform part of the political Constitution of the State, is it considered as first re-election to the period 2015? 2020 and the second reelection by 2020? 2025 IF NOT?



Article 5. (Budget).-the Executive Body will be assigned the economic resources of the General Treasury of the State for the realization of the constitutional referendum approval.
Article 6. (Organization)-the Organization of the constitutional referendum approval will be in charge of the multinational Electoral Body following the rules laid down by the law N ° 026 of 30 June 2010, Electoral System.
Article 7. (Right to vote abroad).-in accordance with article 199 of the law N ° 026 of 30 June 2010, Electoral regime, the Bolivian and Bolivians living abroad will participate in the constitutional referendum approval.
DISPOSAL only-for passing constitutional referendum of February 21, 2016, apply the following provisions in addition to those laid down in the law N ° 026 the Electoral System: regulated by subsection b campaign and electoral propaganda) article 21 and subparagraph (b)) of article 115 of the law N ° 026 Electoral regime, can be made by political organizations and organizations of civil society and indigenous peoples and the Nations native farmers, without requiring your registration to the Electoral Court. Periods of advertising regulated by article 116 of the law N ° 026 of the Electoral system, may be suitable by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal based its Electoral timetable.

The times and spaces maximum of electoral propaganda in each media set out in article 118 of the law N ° 026 of the Electoral system, will be applied to each of the options in the referendum consultation. The Supreme Electoral Tribunal will establish the necessary mechanisms to ensure equality in the dissemination of paid advertising.
REPEALING provision only-all provisions contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
