CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, number 14 of the Constitution of the State,

Article 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties and Article 13 of Supreme Decree No 2476 of 5 August of 2015, is ratified it?Minamata Convention on Mercury, signed in Kumamoto, Japan, on 10 October 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, ten days of the month of November of the

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State. Plurinational of Bolivia.
