CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Financing Agreement 5712-BO and 5713-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Association International Financing-IDA of the World Bank, dated November 16, 2015, by the sum of up to DEG43,200,000.-(Forty-Three Million Hundred Thousand 00/100 Special Drawing Rights), destined for him?Additional funding for the Community Investment Project in Rural Areas?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Financing Agreement 5712-BO and 5713-BO,

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of December

of the year two thousand fifteen.
