EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 14, of the Constitution of the State, and Article 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, are ratified.Notes Reversal concerning the Adjustment of the Territorial Scope of Application of the Agreement between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Bolivia (now Plurinational State), on the Construction of the Bridge in the Salvador Mazza Border Pass? Yacuiba?, signed on September 22 and October 29, 2015.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at thirty-one day of the month of March of the year two thousand sixteen.
