EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

LAW OF AMENDMENT TO LAW N ° 252 OF JULY 3, 2012

ARTICLE ONLY. This Law is intended to amend Articles 1, 2 and 3 of Law No 252 of 3 July 2012, being worded with the following text:

? Article 1. (OBJECT).

I. Public and female employees over eighteen (18) years who develop their activities with permanent or temporary roles in public institutions, private or dependent on any type of employer, will enjoy a paid tolerance of one working day per year in order to undergo a medical examination of Papanicolaou and Mamography. II. Public servants and workers over forty (40) years of age who carry out their activities with permanent or temporary functions in public institutions, private or dependent on any type of employer, shall enjoy tolerance paid on one working day per year, in order to undergo a medical examination of Prostate. III. Servants and public servants and workers and workers over forty (40) years of age who carry out their activities with permanent or temporary functions in public, private or dependent institutions of any kind of an employer, shall enjoy a paid tolerance of one working day per year in order to undergo a medical examination of Columbus. ?

? Article 2 (CONSTANCY OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION). To justify the enjoyment of this tolerance, the public servant or the public servant, the worker or the worker, must present to the institution or place where it develops its work activities, the constancy that programming and carrying out the medical examination, issued by the health management body where it is insured or by the approved health center, and not the result.?
