EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. According to the number 10 of Paragraph 1 of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State, the Loan Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) is approved. On April 12, 2016, for an amount of up to $us70,000,000.-(Seventy Million 00/100 American Dollars), for partial financing of the?Program More Investment for Water (MIAGUA)-Phase IV?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to assume the repayment of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Agreement, approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of the month of May of the year two thousand sixteen.
