17 MARCH 2003. - An Act to amend sections 628 and 1395 of the Judicial Code on the occasion of the Act of February 21, 2003 creating a Food Claims Service within the FPS Finance (1)



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 628 of the Judicial Code is amended to read:
1° the second 17°, inserted by the law of 23 November 1998, becomes the 18°;
2° the article is supplemented by a 19°, which reads as follows:
"19° the judge of the domicile of the food creditor when it is a request for intervention under the Act of 21 February 2003 creating a Food Claims Service within the FPS Finance. »
Art. 3. Article 1395, paragraph 1er, of the same Code, as amended by the laws of 17 July 1997 and 5 July 1998, the words "and the collective debt settlement" are replaced by the words ", the collective debt settlement and the interventions of the Food Claims Service referred to in the Act of 21 February 2003 creating a Food Claims Service within the FPS Finance. "
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the first day of the sixth month following the one in which it was published in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
